Event Logistics

Power is the single most critical component of our setup.

• We use standard plugs. A 220 outlet is not needed.
• Your event confirmation will tell you how much power is needed.
• Amps are not equal to outlets — you may want to check with your building manager on power.
• Outlets should be near the location of our bar. We will bring a 10-ft. extension cord.
• Especially important: please be sure we are not sharing power with other equipment.

We bring a rolling cart for most events.

We may also bring one or more tables which we will place on risers and cover in black linens.

Should you provide tables, please note the table legs that work with our risers:

Setup in or near a kitchen is most ideal. If not possible, that's perfectly fine.

If there is music or other interference that will make it difficult for us to hear your guests, please place us on the opposite side of the room.

For large corporate events, please plan to stagger your guests if possible. This will prevent a ‘mad rush’ at the onset and help reduce wait time.

We'll be bringing multiple jugs of milks and whipping cream. Please let us know if you have accessible refrigeration to store the milks. While it's not necessary, it does help to reduce waste.

Let us know if you have ice available on-site for the iced drinks. We'll bring a cooler that we will store behind the bar, but you are welcome to provide an alternate ice bin if you prefer. Just let us know!

Our team will need one dedicated trash receptacle plus a recycling can if you recycle.

Please also provide a small trash receptacle for your guests to dispose of stirrers, napkins, and other items.

Events are not confirmed until deposit is received, unless previous arrangements have been made.

You can remit your deposit directly on our website if you like.

We want your guests to love the bar. Presentation is a big part of that, so please be sure to notify us if we need to adjust our setup in any way.
