Everything you need to know about booking Cleveland Espresso for your event.

Booking & Availability

How do I book an event?

Use the Get a Quote button on our homepage, or visit our Book Us page. We'll respond within a few hours with a custom quote.

How far in advance should I book?

For standard events, 2–3 weeks is ideal. For weddings and large corporate events, 4–8 weeks is recommended to ensure availability and proper planning.

Do you require payment upfront?

We require a 50% deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before or at the event.

Can we change our guest count?

You can change your guest count up to 10 days prior to your event.

Do we get a refund if we have fewer guests than expected?

No. We do not offer refunds since most items we bring are perishable and cannot be reused. Be sure to adjust your guest count at least 10 days before your event.

Setup & Service

What time do you arrive for setup?

We need approximately 45–60 minutes for setup, so our team arrives 45–60 minutes prior to your service start time. Larger events require additional setup time.

What if we don't want setup in the middle of the event?

We can come earlier for setup if necessary, or even the day before. There is an extra charge for early setup — let us know in advance.

How long do you stay?

Normal service time is 1.5 hours. Events with over 120 guests are typically 2 hours. Extended service is available for an additional fee.

What does your staff wear?

For business and formal events, our baristas wear black shirts, black pants, black shoes, and black aprons. For less formal events, our staff dress business casual.

What happens if there's bad weather?

Our carts are mobile and can be set up indoors or under covered areas. We'll work with you to ensure a backup plan is in place for outdoor events.

Menu & Beverages

Do you offer non-coffee options?

Absolutely. We offer tea, matcha, hot cocoa, lemonade, smoothies, boba tea, and seasonal options. We accommodate dietary restrictions including dairy-free milk alternatives like oat milk.

Do you serve alcohol?

We can add alcohol to any of our beverages — the event host is responsible for providing the alcohol. We can make espresso martinis and cocktail drinks if you supply the alcohol. We do not hold a liquor license.

Can I get a custom menu?

Yes. Our Custom Bar package is built entirely around your event needs. Contact us to discuss options.

Pricing & Logistics

How much does a coffee cart cost?

Pricing starts at $450 and goes up to $2,600+ depending on guest count, menu, location, and service time. Use our pricing calculator on the Pricing page for an instant estimate.

How far do you travel?

Our local service area covers Greater Cleveland — from Avon Lake to Euclid, south to Medina. We travel further but longer distances incur travel fees.

Do you have a storefront?

No. Cleveland Espresso is entirely mobile — we come to you.

Do you do children's events?

We focus on corporate events, conventions, weddings, grand openings, and similar professional/adult events. We don't typically do children's birthday parties or graduation parties.

How long have you been in business?

Cleveland Espresso was founded in 2010 under the name Latte Living. The company was rebranded in 2016 and has since expanded regionally under The Coffee Catering Company.
