Three ways to pay your invoice

Choose the option that works best for you — instant card or PayPal, free Zelle transfer for individuals, or ACH bank transfer for corporate accounts payable.

Option 1

PayPal, Venmo & Cards

Best for: instant payment with any method

Pay with credit card, debit card, PayPal balance, or Venmo. No account required — checkout as a guest with any major card.

Fees & processing time
Payment clears instantly. Standard payment processing fees may be applied to the invoice total.
Option 2

Zelle

Best for: individual & wedding clients

Send a Zelle payment from your personal bank's app or website. No fees, instant transfer, no account setup needed.

How Zelle works
Log into your bank's mobile app, find “Send Money with Zelle” or “Transfer to Someone,” enter our email above, and send. Most banks have daily limits between $2,500 and $3,500 — for larger payments, please use PayPal or ACH instead.
Option 3

ACH Bank Transfer

Best for: corporate accounts payable

We work directly with your AP department. Download our W-9 below, then email us to request our banking details and set up the transfer.

What we'll send
Upon request, we'll provide our bank name, routing number, account number, and any vendor onboarding forms your company requires. We typically respond within one business day.

Payment Questions

When is my deposit due?
Events are not confirmed until the deposit is received, unless previous arrangements have been made. We typically require a 50% deposit to hold your date.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event. For corporate clients with established AP terms, we'll invoice according to your standard payment cycle.
Can I add a tip for my baristas?
Yes! Tips are always appreciated and 100% go to your barista team. You can include a tip in any of the three payment methods above, or pay it separately after your event.
What if I need to cancel?
Please refer to your event contract for the specific cancellation terms. Reach out to us directly if you have questions about your specific event.
Do you accept checks?
For most events we prefer the three electronic options above for faster processing. If your company can only pay by check, please email us at payment@clevelandespresso.com and we'll provide mailing instructions.
